They walk their talk. They say they care about people and everything they do proves they mean what they say.

We don't have weak links. Everyone is doing their best, and I really enjoy everyone's company, which is not something an introvert is used to saying
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting internet and cell expenses monthly is great, and I love their 401k matching plan. It's a huge incentive. Healthcare package is great too, I never had no deductibles before
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about our wellbeing. They understand I'm a flawed human, and have been helping me identify areas that I've wanted to improve on but didn't know how, and have been actually providing me tools I can use to get to my goal. I've never worked at a company like this. It's wonderful!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm helping my company help people find jobs that make their lives better. Finding a job where you fit is huge, especially if there are other aspects of your life that are kicking your ass. People need to feel valued and need to feel what they do has worth. Jobs aren't just a paycheck.
