We are a collaborative team and our director values our opinions/feedback/suggestions.

We all realize we don't get enough support from our manager so we work together to help each other out/find answers.

They are transparent in what is happening with the organization and do a great job of making their employees feel appreciated.

Beforehand I enjoyed going to work because the office atmosphere was very positive I enjoyed coming to work to be around co-workers.

Feeling that I am making a difference and helping our clients, while also helping process improvement even though I am fairly new to the role.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think having the CRISPYs and getting to nominate people who perform these values and then being recognized for that I think sets a very positive atmosphere.

What are some of the best things about your team?

It is a fun culture and we are able to joke around while also being serious and getting our work done. It's nice to have that support system.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This role specifically is very tough and challenging with little rewards, I believe higher pay and better training opportunties would make employees in this role feel more appreciated and set up for success.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not enough training in this role, and leads to high turnover. Not enough support from my manager w/tough client situations, which lead to a lot of stress/confusion. My previous manager was great and super helpful determining a path forward in tough situations.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a fun group - we can work hard but also get our work done. We are able to set up call blocks and that takes a task that tough getting shut down a lot and makes it fun because your coworkers are there going through the same things.
