I thoroughly enjoy working at Phenom. Besides pay, I really hope that what I bring to the table every single day is being valued and considered when it comes to career advancement. I prefer to stay with Phenom for a long time but I hope I am treated fairly in return!

Personal experience and work I put in but get paid the same as someone with no experience and less tenure

Believe what I personally bring to the table and the results shown should be compensated more. Both between salary and commission for a closed deal.

Felt like I was low balled. I can see how others may get this pay at other companies and such... evaluate the experience and the kind of people you are bringing in to make sure they are paid appropriately.

I came from higher pay. When evaluating talent I wish you didn't evaluate the title they are getting and just slap a price tag on it. Compensate your employees for what they will be bringing to the table and how their impact can be great or less than the others around them
