How close everyone is in the department and how willing people are to help you and answer questions

they truly care about our success and are always open to listening to us and our concerns/questions. I feel like I can go to them about anything.

the people and where the company is headed. there is a clear plan and the employees believe in the future success the company is bound to have

we are very close, and we all get along. We even hang out outside of work and I think that is a testament to the culture Phenom has created.

just the relaxed atmosphere. we work hard but we also have fun and the people we work with make it so that I look forward to coming to work everyday

Our team is extremely close. Everyone is so willing to help each other, and to provide any ideas and suggestions to help with your workflow. We're constantly bouncing ideas off each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The truly care about our thoughts and ideas, and are always willing to help us in any way we need. They also care about us on a personal level, and take the time to show it.
