I don't feel undervalued at all. I still think we have some ground to cover in salaries, but overall I feel very valued for my contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's pretty transparent and we do a good job of celebrating our differences and what makes us #notnormal. I also feel encouraged to share and try new ideas
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, what I'm able to do day to day and how my role has evolved since I started at Phenom. We also have the MOST fun and exciting culture, honestly there is always some way to feel included and get to know my colleagues better.
