cooperative, do their best every possible chance. However, in a complex, demanding and fast paced environment they may need more time to come upto speed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No salary increment for the last year review... Just doesnt feel right that after being in the company for 1.5 years there is no pay increment. All good otherwise
