It has been the best professional experience of my career. I have enjoyed moment of it. Phenom is in my five year plan and I hope I can truly grow and evolve within the company. I am so grateful of this opportunity and will continue to give it my all for these people!

They have done a tremendous job through Covid. Very approachable, feel as though they care about everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is tough. We got hit hard by Covid, and had to take pay cuts. Some people are just getting by at the moment and are working harder than ever before. I
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone can be themselves. Phenom does a great job on day one on making people feel like they matter. When people feel like they are important, there is a want to work harder and be a part of the bigger picture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything. This is why I get up in the morning. To see these people every day is what Phenom is all about. We do a great job of building an inclusive culture where people are free to be themselves. Good luck finding a better culture than Phenom!
