I am given a chance to Explore the possible solutions for any given problem and choose the best out of them. They give importance to do improve on existing things and help to grow our thinking to really understand the customer's need.

If I think that there is something wrong with whatever we are doing I can bring up at the earliest without any hesitation and they value that. Hierarchy is kept as minimal as possible and everyone is approachable. Core values align with our mission

Based on current circumstances they have taken well-informed decisions, need to see how it uncovers as the situation becomes normal and what decisions our company takes to satisfy employe

They make sure whatever the decisions are taken are transparent and consider employees' feedback into consideration. They tend to be more practical based on the situation they are in, which really makes sense to me. They try to address the gaps that exist to make there employes and product grow.
