Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I completely understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and Phenom is taking utmost care in protecting their employees. But as the management promised I hope things settle and we get our hikes and bonus as promised. We completely trust in our management and we are sure they will get this up.
