Before joining Phenom, I only ever heard good things. It's easy to hear that but once I joined I can honestly say it's been one of the better decisions of my life so far! I can't wait to continue to grow both professionally and personally here at Phenom. It really does feel like a Phamily.

I've been with Phenom since November of 2020. Since joining, my manager Jeff has already helped me grow and develop skills not only professionally but also personally. Phenom genuinely cares about the development of it's employee's and it truly shows.
