The way we prop eachother up and compliment eachother. We celebrate our successes and share honest feedback on ways to improve if we fall short.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are so many things I like about my team but to narrow it down they embody our core values in every way, they're always asking questions and figuring out ways to improve, getting things done, always come with a fire in their eyes and plenty of passion, and of course confident and positive.
