I've really enjoyed my 1st 6 months with the company. I work with an amazing team who works really hard to do the best by our prospects and customers. We're constantly looking for ways to improve and learn from each other.

I think we work really hard to be collaborative and the continuously learn and improve, so those are the top 2 characteristics of Phenom for me, right now.
