I just feel that our team has a role in the company that somewhat flies underneath the radar.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because me and our department put in countless hours after hours as well as jumbling multiple tasks that don't specifically pertain to our department at times, and yet, the pay is not comparable to those in the CS department and so on. These salary discrepancies are noticeable.
