The first day that I started, my mentor quit. I have been left without adequate training and have been forced to pick up the pieces and self-train. Asking questions is challenging because it appears that no one knows the answers. Processes are not defined. Process guides are outdated and useless.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel that there needs to be better direction. I don't see different departments taking accountability or ownership of issues. It's not clear that people know their roles. There isn't a solid onboarding process with adequate training.
