They are all deeply invested in the success of the organization and understand that success of the individual is key to tge success ofbthe organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The feeling of being a Phamily. I've never met anyone at my company in person but I feel like a valued member of the organization.

They have a clear vision and are making the right moves to attain goals. Also they do a great job of recognizing the individual efforts of their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A base that is more competitive with the marketplace and takes into account inflation. Additionally given my dedication to the company I would love to see greater profit participation.

We're a family. If anyone can help in any way we do. We are all in the same foxhole and will go out of our way to see others succeed.

So far any time I need any assistance the executive team is ready to help. I consistently feel like we are all in the same boat rowing toward a collective goal.

Even as a remote employee I feel deeply connected with my colleagues and the company as whole. They do a great job of helping us interact and meet other members of the org.

Everyone is not only friendly be I believe we all care about each other. No one is afraid to fail or try new things. And everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe an increase in base compensation commensurate not just with my job performance but my willingness to consistently go above and beyond the call of duty for the greater good of the organization would make me feel more valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
The pursuit of success and the achieving of goals excites me. The ability to hear complex business issues and find creative solutions for them. I love creative problem solving and the ability to save the day when no one else can.

The ability to work with potential customers, listen to their business problems and help to deliver a solution that will serve to ensure success for their company for years to come. Additionally I love to find creative solutions for customers and creative ways to close business.

The way the company cares about its mission and employees. The lengths they are willing to go for the sake of their employees and their families. They also try to celebrate every win or occasion no matter how small. They also try to keep us engaged even though the vast majority of us are remote.
