Base pay but I am coming from Salesforce.

They have allowed me to show them my most valuable skills and were willing to alter my role here to utilize them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is no one's fault really I made a new role for myself it will take time for the salary to catch up, but for what I am doing for our Tableau site it usually starts off at 125K. I am about 40k under that. Please don't get me wrong, I am not wanting that much. Just a bump would be nice.
