Leadership is always talking about change but we do not see any changes to address the day-to-day issues.

When I can deliver quality work as expected and committed to clients, which helps clients achieve their end goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are many instances of disrespect towards others, inappropriate language and leaders speaking "down" in raised voices to employees in front of large groups.
