We used to be reimbursed for "health and wellness" and that was a wonderful perk, we no longer have this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our #notnormal culture is unlike anything else! I feel lucky to work with amazing people that are more than coworkers, they are friends.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to help be a piece of our overall mission to help a billion people find the right job. It feels good to have hand in that role, especially being able to educate those unaware and help those that are really struggling in their day to day because they don't have a solution.
