I think the bonus structure is nice. I haven't been here long enough to get one yet but I'm hoping it gets paid in full.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Besides Brad on the All Hands meetings, I haven't had the opportunity to see or speak with any other leadership member. From the videos online, leadership seems great! Inspirational and motivated to make a change.
