All the benefits are incredible, but what I see as a big difference is the psychologist assistance,

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the salary is lower than other companies but we have a high comission.

I feel like there is an imbalance between the variable amount paid for the inbound team, SD team and CS team. The compensation should be more fair.

People usually remember the AE who closed the deal but not the SD who worked hours to build a complex solution for them, things that our clients don't even understand what we did.

There is a monumental salary disparity in the company between people at the same role and level. a CSM or AE in one territory will have a salary level that is not equivalent to a CSM/AE role in another territory. The underpaid CSM/AE can't reach similar compensation hitting 500% target.

Pipefy appears to value meritocracy but compensates older/senior employees noticeably better than those who deliver more regarding to goals and impact in the business. My variable compensation as an SD also doesn't skyrocket if I have an outstanding month individually because our goal is shared

Work hard, play hard, never makes so sense as work in /pipefy. We have agressive goals, lots of projetcs and things to delivery, but we are always talking about the individuals, our mental health, safe environment to open our thoughs which I think is really great
