What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is super accessible and transparent. They're excited about the work they're doing and really believe in the power of the product.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is o.k. I feel fairly compensated; however, they are super generous in the options that they give to every employee. When we hit major company goals, everyone gets more stock.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team eats lunch together on a regular basis and more importantly, they are always willing to help out when I am in a jam with an overload of project work.

The company's number one value is "No Jerks, No Ego" and they mean it.
