- What's the best part of your job at Providence Health & Services?I work 100% remotely and independently. I create my own schedules and tasks list which my manager has access to and we meet as needed although we have a standing meeting every two weeks. I get a whole lot of work done this way. I also have the authority to ask for the things I need from IT/Help Desk and just add my manager as a Watcher on my requests.
