Their transparency and the way the communicate openly with the rest of the organization, It builds trust and makes me feel more connected to the overall goals. They're also approachable and genuinely care about your growth, which makes a big difference in day to day morale.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel other companies pay a better wage (extra space storage, toy locker, ect.) pay around 17 to 20 an hour. I also feel we do a lot in the heat for little compensation.

Every single PM no matter the amount of effort they put into their job or lack of effort from some, recieve the same pay essentially. I just feel like a lot of things I do go unnoticed, and I also feel as though I am being undervalued because I am a very hard worker and do most things other team members refuse to do and get paid less.
