Management is made up of folks who worked within the company before becoming management. 'Professional' managers are corrosive to worker motivation. Quanterix does not have this problem.

Its more than I expected

Some are very young with strong attitudes. They should be more concerned with the quality of work and environmental improvements rather than making someone look bad to make themselves look superior
