I love how they meet everyone who started within the last month on a call. They give everyone an opportunity to show their face and introduce themselves. It was nice to have the people above us show they care about getting to know their company.

pay, FTO, the smaller perks like referral bonuses, stipends, free gifts

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My consistent committment throughout the years has not been recognized with fair compensation when comparing to the average salary of similar roles in many cities. A salary above the average in my current city would make me feel better about my compensation.

This is a difficult one for the company's original package was fair. Unfortunately, due to Covid cost of living is increasing all the time and what was once a fair rate of pay which provided me with a good standard of living, these days I am struggling to make ends meet.
