Our compensation bands are low against competitors in the broader professional services space, especially for mid senior talent. I love working at Publicis, but I feel that I have to constantly look over my shoulder at competitors to make sure I'm not being left behind.

Overall though I've ascended through the ranks efficiently, the comp has trailed overall in-between promotion. Regularly get recruited for positions outside of the organization making much more salary and a much higher bonus potential.

I enjoy the emphasis on training and the way it's presented with dedicated followups. I've been the recipient of some really good breakout groups also. And my internal team is eager to help with my client needs. That can be tough across agencies. So it's a real big check in the positive category
