What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is not resistant to change when necessary and we build on past experiences rather than destruct and re-construct.

As market rate wages increase over time there is a reluctance match compensation to market rates and skill levels.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are seen as a person rather than an employee ID number. It's a mistake a lot of companies get into without realizing it until it's too late. We are growing fast but it still feels like we are retaining that personalization.

Our solution, effective management of common interest realty associations or people's homes, must align with our team culture of care and connection with the spirit of the family unit. Family's struggle and we are not insulated from first attempts at learning to be the best team for our clients!
