Adobe: Many workers are considered hybrid and while the suggestion is to be in the office "about half the time" this is loosely enforced. The company does well to provide in office perks and events to make being in the office attractive.

Murphy USA: Better management training is 100% needed for the simple fact that the training being passed on to employees is extremely inefficient and lacking therefore causing disorganization in the store and disconnection within the the team.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car: No matter how hard an employee work, the rotten apples(employees) seem to continue to get away with robbing the company blind. Management know that it is happening and continue to do nothing. I don't understand how the family that own Enterprise can tolerate such violations.
Menards: Chaotic and not pleasant at all
KinderCare Education: The regional management is a problem in this company. All they care about is enrollment no matter what.
Trader Joe's: I love it they treat their people so well
The GIANT Company: Employee training, customer support care for customers time and convenience. Increasing staff and decreasing customer self support. Paying attention to the quality of produce fresh foods and prepared food which is now overpriced.
BAYADA Home Health Care: Great company, however, pay and benefits are seriously lacking

UT Southwestern Medical Center: Long term employee who has seen the organization through lots of growth and leadership changes
UL Solutions: large layoff took place recently due to corporate changes to sales model that damaged sales. Employees with the company 6+ years let go with a very restrictive non-compete and poor severance offer + mental health/job placement assistance. If you do not sign the non-compete. you don't get any of it.

Boston Scientific: Everyone is so friendly. The company culture is collaborative and hands on.

ALDI USA: STOP USING BIOENGINEERED FOOD IN Y0UR PRODUCTS SUCH AS COTTAGE CHEESE, SOUR CREAM. ALSO EVERY CRACKER OR COOKIE YOU MAKE HAS CANOLA OIL IN IT. CANOLA OIL IS VERY INFLAMATORY, NOT GOOD FOR YOU. THERE ARE OTHER PRODUCTS THAT ARE HEALTHIER. SOME OF YOUR FROZEN FOOD ITEMS ARE BIOENGINEERED FOOD!!!

Sport Clips: I have been with sportclips for 10 years and have grown as a person and as a professional. I have received several different growth opportunities and love being challenged with new tasks
Navy Federal Credit Union: Fighting fraud, and better options for customers who have had accounts closed do to fraud never to be reopened and deeply impacting customers credit rating.
Hooters: No quality of life , major staffing issues with management and staff and no support from the corporate office in Atlanta

Lithia Motors: Ratings of zero were made for companies like Lithia. I left more than 1 dozen messages over a 2 week span via email, chat, phone and not one message was responded to by them. If you purchase a car from one of their dealerships and have an issue, don't count on corporate to help.
Continental: on a local level we have a good family feel. on a larger scale, there is lack of communication
TEKsystems: The culture in office at Tek was toxic.
Google: Comptete with apple harder. Care about the consumer more than them. Which is not hard. All they care about is making their next dollar.
Walmart: I love working with my team and management
Sport Clips: Only been here a short time but feel that the values posted on the wall are lived out in real life!
