I have had ups and downs but it has been an overall positive experience. There are many activities that I am able to get involved with as an ADP associate and I find it very meaningful.

Having a level of autonomy to complete my projects and assignments.

They provide regular communication and are willing to adjust strategy when necessary to please stakeholders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a heavy focus on DEI and I like that. It's long overdue.
