The campaign is challenging. The salary is below average. But the company overall is I believe one of the best their is.

They are fair and unbias.

We are all good in terms of process understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall commodity prices are soaring high if not quarterly, monthly. The compensation increases only yearly. Hopefully, the leadership could look into giving more competitive salary.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The outlook of the culture is good. The execution, I can't say not good but I believe the leaders are all looking into it. Since the campaign I am at is very challenging.
