What does the leadership team need to get better at?
(Europe Based) Reward - with huge changes over the last few yrs, Sage still managed to leave current staff behind on an old bonus structure allowing a 2% bonus compared to new hires or recent movers that have 20% bonus potential.

Learn how to lead people by trusting them to do the job you employed them to do. Micro-managing is never helpful.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
additional days off to take for well being, opportunities for learning, study time

Fair salary, good pension. Lots of small but useful additions - healthcare cash plan, free will writing service, wellbeing sessions, headspace. Collectively they add up to a substantial package.

I think it's slightly low compared to the market. I would also like to see health included for the family.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
i would like to see more time invested in the details of the product; making more help available; making use consistent; making it user friendly; making it more intuitive; we can help our customers best by giving them ways to help themselves and intuitive solutions

Show people the value of what they are working on. Just telling people to do something for the sake of it, or to make the company a huge amount of cash is not motivational. Hitting a revenue target is NOT a reason to be doing anything.

There is no sense of purpose. Our purpose is to help the company hit a revenue number - this does not motivate anyone except if you are in sales.
