What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership needs to be more present and involved; that goes for guest and employee matters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For hourly employees, the wages are non competitive and at times, divisive. For salaried employees, there is little growth year to year and insane working expectations given the pay. A work life balance is NOT prioritized.
