Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They start you off at a low rate, and their raises do not even match inflation. Essentially you get a pay cut each year. I have been here 2.5 years and only got a total of 5% or $0.80 in raises even though I got very good yearly reviews.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is very open on my team, however, my team lead is not taken seriously when voicing our concerns and input.
