Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is agreed with my manager that I am financially undervalued. Steps are being taken to rectify this.

Have not received any salary increase although the company technically has promoted and gave more responsibilities and work. Currently earning a similar salary to when I started with a junior position.

It was a concise process unlike other interviews I have attended, it is made as such to not waste anyone's time and be as quick and effective in identifying the key skills as possible. I received emails back promptly
