Commission can make compensation highly variable. Promotions are given instead of keeping employees' salaries in their current roles competitive. I would feel valued if SmartBug proactively increased salary (or benefits!) without requiring us to advocate for sub-inflation adjustments

How everyone supports everyone! We have a company #shoutout channel on slack and not a day goes by that at least one person doesn't get a shoutout - it's normally multiple! That has to be our most active channel!
