Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission can make compensation highly variable. Promotions are given instead of keeping employees' salaries in their current roles competitive. I would feel valued if SmartBug proactively increased salary (or benefits!) without requiring us to advocate for sub-inflation adjustments

How everyone supports everyone! We have a company #shoutout channel on slack and not a day goes by that at least one person doesn't get a shoutout - it's normally multiple! That has to be our most active channel!

The people! Everyone truly brings their whole selves to work, and we are actively encouraged to take breaks, utilize PTO and flex time to prevent burnout and ultimately do the best work we can for our clients. When someone is overwhelmed, the whole team pitches in to help.
