Pretty laid back and good logical questions
Like any call center job the burnout rate is high. The benefits are great as is the pay fir thus type if wirk. The attendance policy however is absurdly strict.
Consistency. The service very seldom has problems.
Since it became Spectrum nothing good came out of this company, management is at its worse. Very high attrition rate, they cant hang on to employees, never saw a company with such a high turn over rate. There are other jobs out there folks, walk past this one its not worth a pretty penny.
Stressful... work day is 9 hours but 1 hour if that is your unpaid break. You still work 8 hour a day unlike most jibs where it's 8 hours and you work 7.5 w/a 30 min unpaid break for lunch.
