What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be transparent with the gaps in the organization. Be honest that the job is 60 hours a week and you will only be paid for 40 ( as a contractor)

What are some of the best things about your team?

Spectrum Enterprise meetings often did not have detailed agendas and minutes were not frequently distributed. Management did not allow distribution of meeting recordings. One had to specifically ask for recordings.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The leadership team of spectrum enterprise is intolerant of new ideas. It is the status quo and they are losing people left and right. No one has the courage to say “the emperor has no clothe
