He doesn't consider the needs of employees. There's very little diversity at the executive levels. Most are old white men with an old school mentality. He's not an effective communicator. He knows how to articulate what your going to do but doesn't listen to ideas from employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Diversify the executive team with some minority ethnicities and not just the head of D&I.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to new ideas that has been proven to work. Understand we're all on the same team and not a strict dictatorship.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers at peer level are good. It's the senior and executive levels where most issues originate and trickles down to the teams.
