helping and satisfying the customers request

knowledge and passion for helping the customer and providing the most knowledge

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

not having to change desks everyday and being able to place personal belongings IE pictures on the desk to assist with stress and comfort

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

a percentage allocated to each worker based on profit and savings also a benefit package where medical isn't so unaffordable (deductible) that you never want to go to the dr.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

sharing the profits, makes no sense they get millions in compensation each year but their lives are never at risk such as techs in hazardous conditions nor do they suffer daily abuse from customers over prices, why are some depts given so much in commission when it takes everyone to run the company
