I am a field service tech. The job itself is fine, but the overall culture of the company has become unbelievably toxic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
upper mgmt needs to stop micromanaging everything & just let people do their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to quit inventing pointless red tape that makes it impossible to do any productive work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
with 1 exception, my coworkers all try to function as a team and support/assist each other when possible.
