Fired for medical reasons and was also called I was acting cowardly when I wouldn't stick up for myself with my Dr's but when I did with him he wanted to end the conversation...I have 4 Dr's stating I am able to perform my job yet there one nurse practioner who saw me for 5 minutes said I wasn't.

Employees are great...everything else is total,chaos...horrible EQ

They will hire anyone very disloyal to existing employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to their employees and stop lying to them and treat them with respect not demeaning them with names
