We care about each others well being, and communicate well with each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have experience from the bottom up to know what us employees go through and gain more knowledge than we have. Also genuinely care about employees work happiness.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The manager had a packet with questions in place already which made me feel like these were questions used for anyone interviewing made me feel like i had an equal opportunity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Ask for realistic things from your employees, don't give us outdated processes and if want me to sell, make sure the tools i use to sell work properly and my leadership has answers that i dont have. Make a compensation plan that's achievable
