Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires start out at 10K more a year then season vets.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to your employees. or at least admit we are not robots.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This was 9 years ago, hiring has changed and is not refelctive of the current hiring process, if you have a pulse they will hire you as they can't keep staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are a cable company that cares about stock prices and never about or costumers or their experince with our prodect we are a monoply and know it and use it to crush compitotion.
