Clueless, high turnover, some workers can have colored hair, gauges, tats but you cant wear shorts if its 90 out., they only care about metrics and not how the customer actually feels.

Better communication and take more calls collectively

Sales adds plans and equiptment to customers without their knowledge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentives, bonuses wouldve been nice. There is no motivstion to help as many customers as possible. They dont even ask the customer how the experience was.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Don't try to be so woke by pushing every political and social agenda at everyone but then forget some. Be consistant with all or dont do it at all
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, coaching, incentives. They think giving "jeans" day is the best reward for employees... yeah the most uncomfortable form of pants ok. Oh and chridtmas cookies left over in spring. No appreciation
