Don't care about employees, only profit. Culture is TERRIBLE. Threaten employees almost daily, including store level managers who them pass it down to the workers.

We hear daily complaints from our customers who unleash their anger on us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No appreciation. Benefits are great, but there is no stock option and the pay is mediocre. It's not bad, it's just not very good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a nice store with a pleasant setting, however it is not maintained as well as it could be. Electronic tools are frequently crashing and effecting how we do our jobs. In one case we have a work station that has been down for three months already and still not fixed.
