Great work environment, nothing is perfect but we are like family.
What makes you most happy at work?
A sense of accomplishment and the work that we do makes a difference in my community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and the leadership in our office truly put our people first. They are funny, hard working and decent. Most importantly we have equality and an innovative environment to work in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under paid because competitors pay much better, I would feel better with Better pay & a bonus that is determined by my own performance quarterly. Everything else about my job is fantastic! Best place I have ever worked!
