more about the workers, rather not all about the customer. better bonues that are more natural
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
can be busy, and that's when everyone is too busy to talk to anyone, when there is free time, there is always fun and games
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believed it is a great place to work at, very friendly. They do rewards you somewhat when you do well on your scorecard, I just wish the bonuses were spread across to everyone.
