Employees are encouraged to stay engaged and given treats and prizes for participating i various culture related events

They know you by name and are generally accessible meaning they are in offices where you can see them if needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are excellent prices benefits for single individuals. I have a family plan now, it is more expensive but I feel like it's worthwhile
