I have worked there for years however it does not mean anything, the only thing that matters is meeting my sales goal
What did you like most about the interview process?
The company is not the same as when I interviewed there. I have been there many years
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They put cameras in all of the lobbies or stores and management will send photos of you to you showing that you are working, it is creepy. You do not feel trusted and all management cares about are sales. If you miss your sales goals more than 4 times in a rolling 12 month period you lose your job
