Provide more flexibility and have a structured on-boarding for experienced hires.
They buy talents. Expect a juicy offer. Everything else is downhill!
Indifferent to the interview process. It was mostly panel interview and a lot of people in attendance had no business being there!
Friendly people. However, the management is too restrictive. No remote days or casual clothes on Fridays. Coming from public accounting, i find myself loosing the confidence that i came with under a manager that wants me to do things exactly the way he wants it.
